Sarah earned a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in conflict management and resolution, with a concentration in domestic social and organizational conflict transformation, summa cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She completed state-level training through Mediation Incorporated, postgraduate, and is authorized to conduct Family Financial and Divorce mediation as well as Superior Court mediation. Sarah is also a Certified Parent Coordinator through The Cooperative Parenting Institute. She began practicing mediation within Custody Mediation at the New Hanover County Courthouse, Judicial District 5, where she continues as a presenter regarding collaborative co-parenting dynamics and child developmental stages for Custody Mediation Orientations.
